Policies:
All pets must wear ID tags.
We do not accept garage door openers in lieu of keys, if there is a power failure we cannot get into your home.
Owner must contact me upon arrival home.
House keys are not left on the counter or under the mat.
You may leave your key on file with me, it will be kept in a safe.
We do not pick up or drop off keys, you may drop it off prior to your scheduled visits if it is not left on file.
We do not do every other day visits for cats, they need a daily visit while you are away.
Payment should be left on the counter the day of your departure.
We need an emergency contact number, if you are on a cruise you must check your email twice a day for any urgent messages from us.
All medications must be labeled with dosage and pets name.
For your pets safety please do not leave a collar on your pup if they are in a crate.
